Too sexy to fly? Young woman takes on airline Eyewitness News
(San Diego - WABC, September 7, 2007) - A woman is taking on an airline Friday, claiming she was forced off a flight because of what she was wearing.

Twenty-three year-old Kyla Ebbert says she was escorted off a Southwestern Airline plane two months ago because a supervisor thought mini-skirt was too short.
Ebbert, a Mesa College student and Hooters waitress, was allowed to stay on the plane, but only after she put up a fight and, she says, was lectured on how to dress properly.
She says she was given a blanket to cover her legs.
Ebbert says she was humiliated, but has not said if she will take legal action.
